Recruitment Marketing Coordinator

About the role:

As a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator on TQL’s marketing team, you will provide essential coordination and support to help execute marketing initiatives for TQL’s recruiting department. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn how marketing campaigns, communications and internal initiatives come together in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

• $19.00 – $22.00/hour base pay depending on experience

• Provide coordination and execution support for recruitment marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Assist with audits and approvals for external and internal job postings
• Compile data from a variety of sources for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
• Assist our campus recruiting team to create presentations, organize in-office student events and fulfill career fair inventory requests
• Work within our CRM to schedule and report on email campaigns
• Maintain and organize shared marketing and recruiting files, templates and resources
• Monitor the team inbox and route requests appropriately
• Assist with the management of TQL’s social media channels
• Support internal events and company‑wide marketing efforts
• Act as an ambassador for TQL’s Winning Principles

• 0–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Experience with recruitment ATS and CRM systems preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
