Marketing Assistant

Kinetic Marketing is expanding its Cincinnati team and looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our growing client campaigns.

This is a hands-on marketing role where you’ll gain practical experience in customer engagement, campaign delivery and client representation
. You’ll work directly with customers at retail and event locations, helping bring campaigns to life through face-to-face interactions.

• Represent client campaigns at retail and event locations
• Engage with customers and communicate key campaign messages
• Build interest, answer questions and identify potential customers
• Support customer acquisition and campaign goals
• Help deliver campaigns effectively across different locations
• Work toward individual and team performance targets
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and campaign activity

• Weekly base with additional earning potential based on performance
• Full training across marketing, campaigns and customer engagement
• Ongoing coaching and feedback
• Hands-on experience working directly on client campaigns
• Development in communication, sales and client representation
• Opportunities to take on greater responsibility as you progress

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with new people face-to-face
• Professional, reliable and motivated approach
• Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
• Comfortable working toward goals and measurable results
• Full-time availability for an in-person role in Cincinnati

Experience in marketing, sales, retail, events or another customer-facing environment is useful, but we’re also open to candidates looking to build their experience and develop within the role.
