Community Partnerships Manager – Home Healthcare Sales

Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 per year.

Location:

Cincinnati, OH (Remote option available). Permanent position.

Job Details

This role is responsible for building and managing external partnerships that advance community initiatives and organizational goals. You will serve as a key connector across nonprofit, business, and public sectors while driving outreach programs and events.

Partnership Strategy & Outreach Execution
  • Identify and develop partnerships across nonprofit, corporate, and government sectors
  • Represent organization at community events, forums, and networking functions
  • Lead outreach initiatives, workshops, and engagement campaigns
  • Coordinate partner meetings and collaborative initiatives
  • Advocate for community needs while promoting organizational priorities
Program Coordination & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage multiple projects, events, and timelines simultaneously
  • Track engagement metrics and partnership performance
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and ongoing communication
  • Utilize CRM and tracking tools to manage outreach activity
  • Support reporting on program effectiveness and impact
