Parkside Christian Church is a warm, relational, Bible-centered congregation with a long legacy of faithfulness in Anderson Township, shaped by our mission, vision, and values—the heartbeat of who we are and who we aspire to be. We exist to love God, love people, and help others do the same; this mission guides our worship, relationships, and outreach, defining our posture toward God and community.

Our vision is to be people helping each other pursue God’s purpose every day, committed to walking together in daily discipleship, encouraging spiritual growth, and living out God’s calling in practical, meaningful ways. Parkside is a Restoration Movement/Independent Christian Church congregation. Our values shape the culture of Parkside and the experience of everyone who walks through our doors:

• Competent in managing staff, ministry systems, and church operations.
• Communicates clearly and transparently.
• Understands healthy church governance and shared leadership.
• Able to identify and implement new management systems to improve church operations.

• Prior pastoral leadership experience in a church of similar size or complexity.
• Experience leading through transition or revitalization is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to grow ministries and develop leaders.

Parkside Christian Church seeks a Lead Minister who is biblically grounded, relationally warm, and visionary in leadership. This minister will help unify the church, strengthen its ministries, and lead Parkside into a renewed season of mission and spiritual vitality.
