Company Description Breakthrough Cincinnati Inc., founded in 1992, is an independent 501(c)3 organization focused on expanding educational opportunities for high-potential, underserved youth. The program serves students in grades 6 through 9, who are selected through a rigorous process that considers academic merit, educational goals, and risk factors. Over a four-year period, students engage in intensive academic and personal growth experiences guided by college-age Teaching Fellows using a distinctive “students-teaching-students” model.

The role is in the center of the action with our students, families, donors, and staff! We are a fun and smart group of student-centered professionals and cannot wait to meet you!
