In 2024, we completed a $30 million capital campaign and opened The Farmer Family Foundation Regional Impact Campus in Walnut Hills as a hub for our work throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

The Advancement Data Coordinator will help Easterseals Redwood use Raiser’s Edge NXT and donor data more effectively to strengthen fundraising strategy, stewardship, and reporting. This role will manage accurate gift processing and acknowledgements, maintain clean and reliable donor records, create reports and analysis that support informed decision-making, and help the Advancement team identify opportunities for targeted outreach, segmentation, and donor engagement.
The ideal candidate brings strong database skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into practical tools that help the team grow fundraising results.
Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Advancement Data Coordinator will help ensure Easterseals Redwood’s advancement team has accurate donor information, useful reports, and well-prepared materials to manage and grow relationships with supporters. Success in this…
