Nurse - LPN - Carespring Health Care Management
Facility is currently looking for full‑time, part‑time and PRN day & night positions. Join our team as a charge nurse leader at our state‑of‑the‑art skilled nursing facility. This position provides direct care to patients in the facility and directs oversight of nurse aides to ensure excellent care delivery on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of the residents, resident families, and nursing aides are met during the care delivery process.
$29.00 to $33.00 hourly base rates based on LPN credentials. In addition to the base rates, we offer shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts. Daily pay is available – work a shift and receive real cash that same day.

- Assists in responsibility for total patient care within the nursing unit and management of the unit
- Provides direct nursing care to patients
- Carries out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON
- Supervises and assumes responsibility for the actions and care delivered by the nurse associates, monitoring and responding to all policies and procedures regarding such duties
- Administers medication and treatment per physician orders specific to the patient
- Instructs and ensures care is implemented per the physician/clinician or based on standard of practice
- Assists and directs the admission/discharge process of patients
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license in the state in which you are practicing
- Maintains licensure (completes CE requirements) and CPR certification
- Desire to work with the elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff and families
- Possesses good organizational skills and follows up when patient situations require
