Mayfield Spine Surgery Center, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and a service-oriented environment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Operating Room Nurse to join our team. As an Operating Room Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth surgical operations.
PACU/Pain Registered Nurse Manager at Mayfield Spine Surgery Center
The Nurse Manager has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the PACU / Pain patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. He / she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care.
Position requires weekdays only — no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- BSN preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Active RN license in the state.
- ACLS Required
- Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
- Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
