Full Time, 36 Hours/Week

Shift: 12 Hour PM

UC Health is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse (CN I) for the Gastrointestinal 8 East unit for the Night Shift at UC Medical Center.

The Gastrointestinal Nurse will support the Medical Centers medicine and Level 1 Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures. This 16 bed unit has ratios ranging from 4 to 6 patients per nurse. This nurse will help manage liver patients (pre and post-transplant), cystic fibrosis patients, many off-service patients and some behavioral health components with medical needs.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Associate’s Degree, minimum required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred
  • Current OH RN License
