Full‑time. Monday–Friday plus rotating Saturdays. Must be flexible to support market needs; days and locations may change.

IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high‑quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients. With your expertise in infusion therapy, you’ll oversee patient care, collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team and serve as a trusted resource for patients, families and providers.

- Provide Direct Patient Care – Deliver onsite and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
- Conduct Patient Assessments – Perform evaluations, document SOAP notes and monitor treatment responses.
- Educate and Support Patients – Guide patients and families through treatment expectations, side‑effects and disease management.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality – Maintain records in the EHR, review nursing documentation and uphold HIPAA & OSHA standards.
- Optimize Clinical Workflows – Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline visits.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams – Work closely with referring providers and cross‑functional teams to enhance coordination.
- Support Operations and Training – Assist with inventory management, prior authorizations and regulatory adherence.
- Flexibility and Adaptability – Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed.
- Perform Additional Duties – Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational goals.
- Active and unrestricted NP license and RN license (if required by the state).
- Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required.
- BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
- Background in an ambulatory infusion center or similar outpatient specialty clinic.
- Ability to treat adults and pediatrics—Family NP preferred.
- Strong IV and infusion therapy skills, including biologics, medication management and emergency response protocols.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and EHR systems, with a solid grasp of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
