Episcopal Retirement Services is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Marjorie P. Lee Retirement Community as a Resident Assistant on a part‑time basis (7A-7P) in Cincinnati, OH.

- Hold an active Ohio State tested nurse aid certification.
- Have the ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift, push, pull, or move 50 lbs on a regular basis and 100 lbs occasionally.
- Have the ability to relate to and work effectively with the aging population, integrating our philosophy of people‑centered care.
- Have the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Have the physical ability to fulfill the ongoing functions of the position.
- Have the ability to maintain an attendance record within the company’s attendance policy.
- Demonstrate our ways of working through harmonious interaction with all peoples.
- Have knowledge and competencies for age‑specific interventions.
- Provide People‑Centered care to residents, including grooming, bathing, feeding, activities, and individualized care.
- Respond to call lights verbally or in person within 60 seconds.
- Maintain residents’ functional abilities at optimum level using restorative devices and programs as ordered.
- Keep rooms, dining areas, halls, and other common areas clean, safe, and inviting.
- Follow facility policies and infection‑control procedures, practicing standard precautions and OSHA guidelines for handling blood and other potentially infectious materials.
- Read, understand, implement, and evaluate residents’ current Plan of Care.
- Use our computerized medical records systems to update all resident‑related information and complete administrative responsibilities accurately and timely.
- Notify the charge/care team nurse in a timely manner of changes in resident condition, family or resident concerns, malfunctioning equipment, material shortages, or other pertinent observations.
