Reports to: Director of Nursing

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your role is critical in delivering compassionate, respectful, and attentive care to residents under the supervision of an RN or LPN.

• Provide daily living assistance: bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and more

• Deliver meals, assist with feeding, and encourage fluid intake

• Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns to nursing staff

• Maintain resident cleanliness, comfort, and safety

• Promote and uphold resident rights with dignity and respect

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Maintain confidentiality of resident information

• Assist with transport within the facility and other duties as assigned

• Current and valid state-tested CNA certification is mandatory

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Physical stamina to meet job demands
