About the Practice:
A well-established and highly specialized private practice in the Cincinnati, Ohio area is seeking skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for full-time and part time positions. The practice is exclusively focused on providing high-quality anesthesia services for urology cases in an efficient and patient-centered outpatient surgical setting.
Opportunity:
These are excellent full-time / part-time opportunities for a CRNA to specialize in anesthesia for urological surgical procedures. The position offers a highly desirable schedule with no call, nights, or weekends , ensuring an outstanding work-life balance. CRNAs have the flexibility to choose between four (4) 10-hour shifts or five (5) 8-hour shifts per week , typically from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) are welcome to apply and gain valuable experience in a specialized outpatient environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide and manage anesthesia for a variety of urological surgical and procedural cases.
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans tailored to urology patients.
- Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively, ensuring patient comfort and stability throughout procedures.
- Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all practice protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with urologists and other surgical team members.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Valid and unrestricted Ohio RN license (or eligible for licensure).
- Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for urology cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) in good standing are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The practice is offering a competitive salary of $245,000 annually , commensurate with experience for a full time position.
- A comprehensive full benefits package is provided, including:
