We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Vent Unit team at Clovernook Healthcare, LLC, a leading provider of Nursing Care, Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care services in Cincinnati, OH. As a Registered Nurse on our Vent Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients while collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Provide direct patient care to ventilator-dependent patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and maintain patient vital signs, medical equipment, and treatment modalities
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless coordination of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Minimum Years of
Experience:
at least 1 Year experience with vent patientsMust have a VALID OH RN license
