Meadowbrook Care Center is currently hiring a full-time Night Shift RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) to oversee nursing operations during the overnight hours. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced leader with a strong background in long-term care and clinical supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated RN ready to make an impact in a supportive and resident-focused environment.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities on the night shift
- Ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with established policies and regulatory standards
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
- Monitor and evaluate resident care needs, responding appropriately to changes
- Participate in on-call rotation with other nursing supervisors
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio
- Must have long-term care management experience
- Proficiency in Point Click Care (PCC) charting and reporting is required
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of nursing regulations and quality standards for long-term care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
