Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: 3x12 Nights
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Pool assignment. The RN will provide high-quality patient care across multiple units while utilizing critical thinking, clinical judgment, and evidence-based nursing practices. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, patient-focused, and capable of working in diverse clinical environments.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License
- Current BLS Certification (AHA)
- Diploma in Nursing Required
- BSN Preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Assessment
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Identify actual and potential patient care needs
- Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members
- Assess patients and environments for safety risks
- Develop individualized patient care plans
- Establish measurable patient goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in shift reports and care conferences
- Initiate discharge planning and appropriate referrals
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care
- Administer treatments and medications as ordered

- Evaluate patient outcomes and effectiveness of care plans
