Day Shift CNA Certified Nursing Assistant / STNA

Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation, a respected long-term care and skilled nursing facility, is hiring Full-Time Day Shift Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/STNAs). As a CNA/STNA on the day shift, you'll assist residents with personal care, mobility, daily routines, and social engagement throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with morning routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
- Provide mobility support, repositioning, and transfer assistance throughout the day.
- Record and report resident observations accurately to the nursing team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident areas and common spaces.
- Support residents with dignity, respect, and patience during all interactions.
- Uphold all safety standards and infection control procedures.
- Active Ohio CNA or STNA certification (in good standing).
- Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
