Current EPIC EMR proficiency, valid driver's license, proof of auto liability insurance.

Description:

This position is for a Registered Nurse working in a hospice inpatient unit and homecare. The RN will be required to work 36 hours per week on a night shift schedule. The schedule consists of 1 night in the inpatient unit and 2 nights in homecare. Every third weekend is required. There are no call requirements for this position. Candidates must have current EPIC EMR proficiency and will need EPIC remote training for hospice.

Hospice experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance is necessary for homecare duties. Please note that the facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours during the contract period. All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission. Failure to comply with submission standards may result in consequences for the agency.
