Service Area
Cincinnati, OH plus surrounding areas in Hamilton County and adjacent counties.
Travel RequirementsPRN/Part‑time (up to 20 hrs/wk): travel up to 60‑minute radius of Cincinnati with occasional travel up to 90 minutes. Part‑time (21–31 hrs) or full‑time (32+ hrs): travel up to 2‑hour radius.
Employment TypePart‑time or PRN for long‑term employment within 60‑90 minute radius. Full‑time for long‑term employment within 2‑hour radius.
ScheduleFlexible and customizable; typical Monday‑Friday daytime hours (8 am–5 pm). No overnight shifts or overnight travel required. Weekend, overtime, respite, and PRN services are offered but not required.
Responsibilities- Perform client assessments and initiate appropriate actions in home care situations.
- Supervise a team of RN, LPN, Home Health Aide (HHA), and Personal Care Aides.
- Document, communicate, and coordinate patient status and changes to the care team.
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers.
- Travel to surrounding counties as needed.
- At least one year of nursing supervisory experience (home care experience preferred).
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year as a Registered Nurse with an active RN license in Ohio.
- CPR and First Aid certifications required (can be obtained prior to hire).
- Minimum of 1 year in case management and home health; 2+ years highly preferred.
- Experience in supervisory role, wound care, lab draws, and OASIS assessments is a plus.
- Strong nursing, patient care, and confidentiality background.
- Dependability and strong attendance track record.
- Professional, compassionate, detail‑oriented, accountable, friendly, respectful, and positive character traits.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulation and medical terminology.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Hourly wage: $35–$40 per hour.
- Round‑trip mileage reimbursement.
- No on‑call or overnight shift requirements.
- Flexible, customizable schedules.
- Autonomy in a client‑centered culture with strong quality and compliance support.
