Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Cincinnati, Ohio

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting preferred
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety protocols
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Prepare the OR with necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies
• Scrub or circulate to assist surgical teams in procedures
• Monitor vital signs and support patient well-being throughout procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection control practices
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide patient and family education relevant to the surgical process and post-operative care
