Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

Location: Scarlet Oaks Retirement and Rehabilitation Center

Scarlet Oaks Assisted Living is dedicated to providing exceptional, resident-centered care in a warm, respectful, and supportive environment. Our overnight team plays a critical role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living Night Shift team (11pm–7am). This position is ideal for an LPN who is calm, attentive, and confident working independently while collaborating with a supportive leadership team.

• Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living residents during overnight hours
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
• Supervise and support nursing assistants as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Maintain proper narcotic control and documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain a safe, quiet, and respectful overnight environment
• Ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available for resident care

• Active Ohio LPN license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of nursing standards and Assisted Living regulations
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience preferred
