Registered Nurse – DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD)

Schedule
: 3–4 days a week, 12+ hour shifts; no on‑call.

Location
: 4900 Babson Pl., Cincinnati, OH 45227.

• Provide complete ongoing care for each patient, ensuring dialysis treatment stays on track.
• Troubleshoot and make sound clinical decisions related to dialysis treatment; occasionally coordinate with SNF staff.
• Deliver optimal dialysis care and independently demonstrate best practice techniques.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians to meet capacity and efficiency goals.
• Maintain clinical outcomes, multitask, and manage complex patient needs.
• Utilize critical thinking and autonomous care planning.

• Previous chronic hemodialysis or acute dialysis experience (preferred, not required).
• Current RN license in the state of practice; at least 12 months RN experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school; B.S.N or accredited diploma may substitute.
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Participation in a paid hands‑on training program.

• Background in training, teaching, or health education.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
