The ARC at Cincinnati is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care, support resident well‑being, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the Registered Nurse and/or physician.
• Accurately document resident care, observations, and treatments.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care.
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Maintain infection control practices and adhere to all safety regulations and facility policies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
