In this role, you will support individuals experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges by providing hands-on care, emotional support, and a safe, structured environment that promotes stability and recovery.

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, meals, and mobility when needed
• Monitor resident behaviors and report changes in mood, behavior, or condition to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic interaction to residents experiencing mental health challenges
• Assist with maintaining a calm, structured, and safe environment for all residents
• Support nursing staff with observation rounds and documentation
• Help de-escalate situations using trained behavioral support techniques
• Ensure resident dignity, safety, and respect at all times

• Must possess a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, or memory care is a plus but not required
• Strong communication, patience, and observation skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
