Location: Lincoln Crawford Care Center, Cincinnati, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time (STNA/CNA)
Reports to: Director of Nursing

Key Responsibilities- Provide daily living assistance: bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and more
- Deliver meals, assist with feeding, and encourage fluid intake
- Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns to nursing staff
- Maintain resident cleanliness, comfort, and safety
- Promote and uphold resident rights with dignity and respect
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Assist with transport within the facility and other duties as assigned
- Current and valid state-tested CNA certification is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to meet job demands
- First Aid and CPR certification
