Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Cardiology Clinic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to care for pediatric patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You’ll provide direct patient care in clinic, coordinate ongoing care, and manage phone triage to ensure seamless support for patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care in our general cardiology outpatient clinics
- Perform patient assessments, administer treatments, and provide education to patients and families
- Coordinate care between clinic visits, including phone triage and follow-up communication
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record

- Associate/Diploma prepared RNs from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution requires 2+ years of experience. If hired without a BSN or MSN, must enroll in a BSN or MSN program within 1 year of hire date/RN job date and complete program within 5 years of hire/RN job date.
- Preferred: BSN from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution or MSN are preferred.
- Active Ohio RN License. May be required to obtain other state licensure.
- 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
- Pediatric cardiology experience strongly desired.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
