Progressive Care Nurse

Pride Health is hiring an RN Stepdown to support our client’s medical facility based in Cincinnati, OH 45219
. This is an 8-week assignment with a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: RN Stepdown

Weekly blended pay: $1,850.00/week - $2,000.00/week

Schedule: 3x12-hour Night Shifts

• Minimum 1 year of Stepdown and/or Telemetry experience
• Strong cardiac monitoring experience
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS (Required)
• A diploma in Nursing is required
• BSN preferred
• Leadership experience such as:
  Charge Nurse
• Leadership experience such as:
  Preceptor

• Stroke patient care
• Central line management
• Ventilation support (BiPAP/CPAP/APAP)
• Patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Cultural competency and patient education
