We are seeking a certified Skilled Nursing Assistant (STNA) / Resident Assistant to provide person‑centered, compassionate care to residents at Marjorie P. Lee Retirement Community. The role involves delivering personal care, facilitating daily activities, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting residents’ emotional well‑being under the guidance of the care team.

• Provide nursing‑assisted care, including grooming, bathing, feeding, and oral hygiene.
• Respond to call lights and provide assistance within 60 seconds.
• Maintain resident functional abilities through use of restorative devices and evidence‑based programs.
• Keep resident rooms, dining areas, halls, and common areas clean, safe, and free of clutter.
• Follow infection control policies and OSHA guidelines for handling blood and other infectious materials.
• Read, understand, and implement residents’ current Plan of Care.
• Update resident information in computerized medical records and complete administrative duties accurately.
• Notify the charge nurse and other care team members of changes in resident condition or any relevant concerns.

• Active Ohio State‑tested nurse aid certification.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to relate to and work effectively with the aging population.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Follow attendance policy and maintain a reliable attendance record.
• Demonstrate harmonious interaction with all team members.
• Knowledge of age‑specific interventions.
