LPN / RN – Part-Time | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM and 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

You are a dedicated nurse who brings clinical expertise and compassion to every shift. You are detail-oriented, responsive in critical situations, and committed to delivering the highest quality care. You’re also a team player who communicates well and builds trust with residents and colleagues alike.

• Oversee and deliver resident care in Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units on the night shift.
• Coordinate nursing floor operations in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Administer medications, treatments, and provide direct care per care plans.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
• Support residents’ overall well-being and comfort overnight.
• Accurately document care using electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively with families.

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably senior living or hospital care.
• Understanding of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
