Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
• BLS (AHA)
• Recent acute care telemetry experience
• Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for telemetry and acute care patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families
• Utilize evidence-based nursing practices and discharge planning

Preferred:

• BSN
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience in fast-paced acute care settings
