As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping our nursing team provide consistent, high-quality care by ensuring staffing needs are met.

- Develop and maintain nursing schedules for all shifts while supporting appropriate staffing levels and budget guidelines.
- Coordinate daily staffing needs, including call-offs, shift coverage, and open positions through OnShift.
- Review upcoming staffing needs and help ensure adequate coverage for weekends and daily operations.
- Communicate schedule changes and maintain accurate staffing information.
- Monitor attendance, tardiness, overtime, and time-off requests to support effective staffing.
- Partner with Nursing Administration, Unit Managers, and Human Resources regarding staffing needs, team member changes, and retention efforts.
- Participate in staffing on-call rotation with nursing leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous scheduling, staffing coordination, or healthcare office experience preferred.
- Experience with OnShift preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
