Licensed Practical Nurse

The Crossroads Center in Cincinnati seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care to adults and adolescents in addiction and mental health treatment. The LPN will administer medications, including medication-assisted treatment, monitor vitals, perform health assessments, and document care in the EHR. Working in residential and outpatient settings, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support individualized treatment plans, and educate clients and families on recovery and wellness.
