Mercy Health is seeking an Advance Practice Clinician to join our School Based Team

Sayler Park School Health Center: 6700 Home City Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45233

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform annual physicals, sports physicals, and well-child examinations. Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, and infections.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans within scope of practice.
• Partner with school based health site representatives to coordinate community engagement and access.

• 2-years of APC experience required with direct patient care and oversight within Primary Care
• Ability to work independently

hours 7:30am-4:00pm (hours can vary)

Full-time

• EPIC EMR, DAX and Dragon documentation support
