RN 3S Comp-Med Stepdown

Our client, an acute care medical facility company, is looking for an RN 3S Comp-Med Stepdown for their Cincinnati, OH location.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating knowledge, abilities, and skills to provide age and culturally specific patient care and education.
• Effectively communicating with peers, utilizing appropriate channels of communication and maintaining absolute confidentiality.
• Maintaining competence and demonstrating evidence of continuing professional growth.
• Demonstrating the ability to accept and implement change and the ability to work in a culturally diverse setting.

Requirements include:

• Diploma of Nursing
• BSN preferred
• Ohio RN License or Compact
• BLS (American Heart Assoc.)
• ACLS (American Heart Assoc.)
• ACLS certified; 1+ years of Stepdown/ Tele experience
• NIHHS – stroke certification preferred as well as some form of leadership experience – Charge RN/ Preceptor
