Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants
Monitor patients' conditions and notify physicians of any changes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program or college/university
Current, unencumbered, active OH RN license or multi-state license
Current CPR certification
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
1+ years of experience in long-term care or a related setting
