Full-Time | Assisted Living
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Location: Scarlet Oaks Retirement and Rehabilitation Center

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team on the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
. This role is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about quality care, teamwork, and building meaningful relationships with residents.

- Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure proper narcotic control and documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive care environment
- Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available for resident care
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of nursing standards and Assisted Living regulations
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience preferred
