Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a part-time Weekend LPN to deliver compassionate care in correctional facilities. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to incarcerated patients on weekend shifts, including assessments, wound care, and medication administration
• Follow physician orders and clinical protocols, documenting all care accurately and timely in medical records
• Triage sick call requests, respond to medical emergencies, and coordinate care with on-call providers
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, advocating for appropriate and timely interventions
• Maintain compliance with correctional healthcare standards, safety procedures, and state regulations
• Collaborate with custody staff and healthcare team to support a safe, secure clinical environment
• Participate in health screenings, chronic care clinics, and patient education activities
• Maintain controlled substances and medical supplies according to policy and regulatory requirements
