Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift

As a Day Shift RN, you will lead and deliver high-quality clinical care, support LPNs and CNAs, and help ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, and dignified care throughout the day.

• Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift
• Schedule: Full-Time, 7:000 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour day shifts)

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care to residents during the day shift, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, and wound care.
• Monitor resident conditions throughout the day, promptly recognize and respond to changes in status, and communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and facility policies, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the day shift, delegate tasks appropriately, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
• Promote a professional, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and staff, reflecting the mission and values of Fountain View and CCH Healthcare.
