The Mariemont Care Center is hiring a Full-Time RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations on a nursing unit and lead a dedicated nursing team. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who is ready to step into or continue a leadership role within a skilled nursing environment.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift (may include occasional weekends)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day nursing operations for assigned unit
Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Monitor clinical documentation, care plans, and quality measures
Collaborate with DON, ADON, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner
Support infection control practices and quality improvement initiatives
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and staff education as needed
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Previous leadership, charge nurse, or unit management experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations preferred
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold staff accountable
