That is why we're increasing our nursing pay rates by 14% over the next three years and increasing differential pay.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Associate’s degree, the minimum required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Current OH RN License
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS
• 1 Year ICU or Critical Care Co-op experience required
