That is why we're increasing our nursing pay rates by 14% over the next three years and increasing differential pay.

QualificationsEducation and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Associate’s degree, the minimum required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Current OH RN License
- Current BLS/ACLS/PALS
- 1 Year ICU or Critical Care Co-op experience required
