Across 44 beds, you’ll join a tight, highly coordinated team that’s ready for anything from trauma cases to critical medical crises. With flexible scheduling, varied shift lengths, and a tailored 6–12 week orientation, you’ll grow quickly while feeling supported from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial and ongoing patient and family assessments; document per Tri Health standards.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care.
  • Provide safe, therapeutic nursing care while maintaining dignity and autonomy.
  • Recognize and respond to emergency and rapidly changing clinical situations.
  • Communicate effectively with providers and the care team.
  • Complete all assigned patient care and documentation within required time frames.
  • Serve as a resource by sharing clinical knowledge and assisting with staff development.
Qualifications Required
  • Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • BSN required within 5 years of hire.
  • Active Registered Nurse license.
  • BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers.
  • Strong foundation in biological, physical, behavioral, and social nursing sciences.
Preferred
  • More than 1 year full‑time or 2 years part‑time acute care experience.
  • Membership in related professional organizations.
  • Specialty certification (e.g., CEN, TNCC).
