Registered Nurse Nights

This role requires a registered nurse (RN) skilled in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within a patient- and family-centered, culturally sensitive model.

• conducting holistic assessments, diagnosing patient needs, developing and communicating individualized care plans, executing evidence-based interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes. The RN documents care accurately, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and participates in safety initiatives and discharge planning.

• motivating, mentoring, and supporting professional growth of peers and staff, participating in meetings, quality improvement projects, and educational activities.

• holding a current Ohio RN license, BLS certification (ACLS for specific units), and a BSN within five years of hire for those hired after January 2010. No prior experience is required; ongoing professional development and specialty certifications are encouraged.

• encompass effective communication, cultural competence, adaptability, confidentiality, and a commitment to continuous learning. The RN must also maintain compliance with organizational policies and complete required training timely.
