We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and oversee nursing operations at our Women's Centers within Ohio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, excel in communication, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. This role requires the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of patient care.

• Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations and workflow within the Women's Centers.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
• Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Conduct research and prepare detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members both verbally and in writing.
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of nursing management and documentation.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory leadership
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing nursing teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Highly skilled in writing and researching clinical and administrative topics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be persuasive when necessary.
• Analytical, creative, and critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Women's health, pregnancy care, or pregnancy resource center ministry.
• Quality Assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Multi-site management experience.
