People Ready of Cincinnati, OH is now hiring Groundskeeper! As a Groundskeeper, you maintain a property’s lawn orderly, prune bushes, remove weeds, lay mulch, and create layouts as needed.

$16 per hour (hourly pay rates are a good‑faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.)

• Use hand tools and powered equipment to mow and maintain grounds
• Mow, mulch, aerate, and weed
• Trim and edge around flower beds, sidewalks, and walls
• Mix and spray fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides
• Upkeep sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, or other grounds features

Shift timings - All Available

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
• Basic operating knowledge of landscaping tools
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures
• Background check and drug test required
