This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscaper based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Landscaper will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping tasks, including lawn care, planting, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with hardscaping projects, irrigation system setup, and ensuring outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest quality. The position requires collaboration with team members and excellent attention to detail to deliver professional and polished results.
Qualifications- Proficiency in lawn care, pruning, mulching, and general landscaping techniques
- Experience with planting, maintenance, and working with a variety of plants and soils
- Familiarity with basic hardscaping and irrigation system setup
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality landscaping services
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license is preferred
- Prior landscaping or horticulture experience is a plus
