Job Summary

Elevator Operators support the Ball Park Operations Department by transporting fans to their desired levels within the ballpark and directing them how to get to their desired location. This role is critical in ensuring that Guests who need elevator access are granted quick and correct service to their desired location.

Minimum Requirements

Education:
Must be 18 years old

Experience: None required

Skills:
Friendly, positive, willingness to work

Preferred Requirement

Education: High School Graduate or GED

Experience:
Customer Service

Skills: Friendly, positive, willingness to work, ability to communicate clearly

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

Duty % of Time

Transporting fans to their desired level via the Elevator 90%

Directing fans to their appropriate level or location 10%

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Guest Services Supervisor and Director of Guest and Event Operations.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods

- Ability to be in an enclosed elevator for the majority of their shift

- Exposure to outdoor temperature extremes

- Must be able to work 41 Reds Home Games
