As demand continues to build, we’re expanding and looking for veterinarians who want to practice high-quality medicine in a model designed for both clinical excellence and personal sustainability.

Our leadership includes experienced DVMs, Managing Veterinarians, and a board-certified criticalist serving as Chief Medical Officer. Operational leaders bring direct veterinary hospital experience to ensure teams are supported, not strained.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent)
• All experience levels welcome; mentorship available
• Interest in urgent care or emergency medicine

• Competitive base salary plus 25% production (whichever is greater)
