Team Member, Outdoor​/Nature​/Animal Care

• Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks according to client specifications
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete projects on time
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to changing work conditions
• Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in good working order
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Demonstrate accountability and responsibility in all assigned duties
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with advanced mowing equipment required
• Previous experience setting up commercial mowing sites preferred
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and dependable
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
