My Pet's Vet is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative at our Mason, Ohio Animal Hospital. At My Pet’s Vet, our main goal is to create a happy and positive work culture. Responsibilities and Duties Your basic duties as a CSR at My Pet’s Vet are as follows

Greeting Clients Answering Phones Differentiating Between Routine and Emergency Cases Scheduling Vet Appointments Admitting and Checking Out Patients Processing Payments Communicating Information Between the Clients and Our Staff Qualifications and Skills Excellent customer communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Excellent organization skills

Motivated and passionate about helping animals is a must
