Cincinnati Animal CARE (CAC) is seeking a Surgery Manager to lead our high-volume surgical program and support our mission-driven team. You will directly supervise surgery staff, anesthesia staff, and coordinators, while developing staff through education and leadership opportunities.
You’ll oversee daily operations, optimize scheduling, maintain safety and infection control standards, and collaborate with medical leadership to expand lifesaving surgical services for the community.
